Trying to get fit and healthy some days seems like more than I bargained for. I am starting to learn how to eat right. Cutting out all of the high fatty foods, cupcakes, cookies, and pretty much all of the junk I have been shoveling into my body for as long as I can remember. I stopped smoking in November and every sense I have made it a goal to try and keep my body as healthy as possible but still enjoying things in moderation. Another big change for me has been the keeping fit part. I really have hated working out for as long as I can remember. Thanks to Sportline I am learning to enjoy being fit and active.
We were sent two different products to review. The first is the Men's Cardio 630. This Heart Rate Monitor is very advanced. It has built in:
- ECG Heart Rate Accuracy
- Continuous Heart Rate Delivery
- Calorie Burn Tracker
- Hourly Chime
- Alarm Clock
Their are so many other great advantages of this heart rate monitor also. Mr. K loves that it stores all of his information and how complete accurate it is. He says that the chest strap is a little uncomfortable after a period of time, but for shorter runs and jogs that it is fine. We both love that with Sportline products we are able to track or progress and see the difference on a day to day basis.
The second product we were sent is the Pocket Snapshot Pedometer. This Pedometer Displays 5 pieces of data at once without having to scroll and chance loosing your info. It counts steps, measures distance calculates calories burned, monitors speed and tracks time spent moving each day. I can honestly say I have no idea how I have lived without this pedometer for so long, Now it is always on me. I like to be able to see what I am doing in progress. I like to make sure that I get 10,000 steps in each day. With 10,000 steps I am burning almost as many calories as jogging and to me that means a whole lot. I find ways to walk with the pedometer each day. I take my kids to the park and walk around and around the park. The steps sure do add up.
A huge Thank you to Sportline who has offered 1 of my lucky readers the same pedometer and heart rate monitor that I received.
