Harlem Globetrotters 2015 World Tour (R)

  This year is the Harlem Globetrotters 2015 World Tour. Last year we took the little boys and they had a blast, this year we decided is was Miss M's turn to go and she could take a friend. Of course she decided on her BFF Miss H. 

When first getting there we took our seats and done some people watching. So many awesome people that attend. Next on our list was our drinks, nachos and ice cream. Yummy! We got all settled in with our treats and ready to watch. I don't know what the girls were expecting but within the first 30 seconds they were laughing. 

  I love the interaction that goes on between the players and the audience. They keep you entertained and on the edge of your seat the entire game. Yet again some of our favorite parts were Globie. It is just amazing how Globie can dance. 

With all their trick shots and amazing skills the Harlem Globetrotters are something everyone both young and old need to experience. It is definitely a memory you won't forget and provided fun for the whole family.

Time for Schlitterbahn! #BahnLove

Schlitterbahn Waterpark Kansas City is our families favorite water-park. Our children are ages 12, 10 and 8 and it provides attractions for all of the children and Mr.K and I. Our visits last year was a ton of fun, and we have been itching for the warm weather again to go back.  One of our favorite things about Schlitterbahn is that we are able to take a cooler in with us to cut down on costs.

 We were given a great opportunity to host a birthday party at Sky Zone Kansas City. My nephew just turned 13 and it was the perfect place for this birthday party. The party package that we received contained 10 free jumpers, sky zone socks for all jumpers, 90 minutes jump time, birthday room, host, 3 large pizzas, unlimited soda, plates, napkins, cups and utensils. 

This was our first time going and we will defiantly be back. We had such a blast. The kids were so excited to get started they could barely hold in their excitement. 

We started off by heading into the big trampolines. This is where the kids were awesome and the adults well needless to say could use a little more practice.

Everyone jumped for awhile then split up and went to play some basketball, dodge ball and headed into the foam area. They foam area was awesome for the kids, the adults on the other hand struggled a bit to get out. 

We had the best host her name was Raven. She really catered to all of our needs and answered all of the 1 million questions the little kids had. I honestly could not have asked for anyone better. She defiantly makes the visit worth while and a ton of fun.

We will be hosting many more birthday parties at Sky Zone. It is perfect for kids of all ages!

Harlem Globetrotters 2015 World Tour: Lincoln, Nebraska

My family was thrilled to have the opportunity to attend the Harlem Globetrotters 2015 World Tour event in Lincoln. The boys had been asking for some time now as we had a sick boy last year when they were in the area. When we arrived at the Pinnacle Bank Arena where the event was being held we were thrilled to get great parking. We headed in received our tickets with swift service then headed into the game. 

 I can tell you by far this is something my boys will always remember. They laughed so hard and loud. It was such an amazing family event that provided hours of fun and entertainment. When asked questions the boys would reply with enthusiasm and excitement. 

We sprung for the big size basketballs but they had many affordable items for sale. K and Little T. were thrilled were their basketballs. We didn't tell them until the end that they were going to be able to meet some of the player and get autographs though. 

 My kids were amazed and honestly Mr. K and I also of all of the tricks that they could do. They could fling themselves upon to the hoops, dance like no other, dribble out of this world and really just bring a wave of excitement to the whole arena. 

 One of our favorite parts is when they done the "football" play Omaha. We were amazed at how they really incorporated the state and city into the individual game. 

 Meeting the players and getting their autographs was defiantly the best highlight of their night. 

 The Harlem Globetrotter not only provided our family with great entertainment but also memories that will last a lifetime.
